Las Vegas Mayor Carol Goodman said it’s up to us to figure out a way. Trump recently shared similar sentiments — it’s up to the states to determine their way, and here’s a set of vague non-mandatory guidelines to use in that determination. Since no one can lead, and the buck has been passed, I’m going to Warren this place up: I’ve got a plan for that.
