Just when the ‘American Dirt’ fiasco was considered the worst display of cultural ignorance and incompetence, Barnes & Noble decided to take the baton and run.

Last week Barnes & Noble received harsh criticism over their decision to launch a Black History Month initiative that featured “diverse” new covers for classic books.
